摘要
介绍了塑料件CAE分析的过程,通过HyperMesh前处理,使用Moldflow对产品进行流动、保压、冷却、翘曲分析和后处理,来优化产品结构和模具结构及工艺,并结合具体实例薄壁盖形塑料件来优化产品设计。
Process of plastic parts CAE analysis was introduced. Part structure, mold structure and process were optimized through using Hypermesh as preprocessor and Moldflow as postprocessor and analyzer of flow, pack, cool, and warp. An example of thin cover plastic part was studied.
