摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备负载型二氧化钛/海泡石光催化材料,并得到二氧化钛/海泡石的配比、反应时间、熔融灼烧温度等最佳制备条件。采用XRD和SEM等手段,对该材料进行了表征,证实TiO2呈高度分散状态,并已渗入海泡石表面及孔内。在模拟染料废水处理中,对复合材料的光催化降解性能进行了研究。结果发现,复合材料具有很高的光催化效率,对染料士林大红的降解率达87%。
Nanosized titania supported on sepiolite is prepared by sol-gel method. The optimal conditions for the preparation are obtained by ad- justing the ratio of TiO2/sepiolite ,reaction time, the melting and calcinning temperature, etc. The composite material is characterized by XRD and SEM. It is found that the TiO2 particles highly spread and seep into the surfaces and pores ofsepiolite. The photo-catalytic reaction is carried out in waste water of dyestuff. The composite material prepared by the sol-gel method is highly active in degrading organic compounds. The decoloring ratio for shilin deep red solution is 87%.
