摘要 利用天然黏土(凹土、膨润土等)和粉煤灰作为主要原料,制备曝气生物滤池陶粒滤料。研究了焙烧温度对滤料孔径分布、比表面积、显气孔率等性质的影响。测试结果表明:当焙烧温度在950 ̄1050℃时,滤料的比表面积为4.26 ̄7.24m2/g,孔径范围0.003 ̄10μm,显气孔率为72.29% ̄73.21%,容重0.73 ̄0.74cm3/g,表面粗糙,物理化学稳定性良好。 A biological aerated ceramsite filter medium was produced from natural clay and fly ash. The influences of roasting temperature on the pore size distribution ,specific surface area and open porosity were studied. The results showed that when the roasting temperature is at 950-1050℃, the specific surface area of the fiflter medium is 4.26-7.24m^2/g,the pore size distribution is 0.003-10μ m, the open porosity is 72.29%-73.21%, the volurnn density is 0.73-0.74g/cm^3; the surface is rough,the mechanical and chemical stability is fine.
