Nontrivial solution for a class of p-Laplacian Dirichlet problems

A particular p-Laplacian Dirichlet problem is studied. When the nonlinear term is superlinear at the positive infinity but asymptotically linear at the negative infinity, the existence of nontrivial solution about this problem is proved by using some real analysis skills.
