摘要
用电化学阳极氧化工艺,在草酸电解液中制备了3个系列的多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)薄膜样品,分别考察了氧化电压、氧化时间以及电解液浓度对样品光致发光的影响.结果表明,AAO薄膜的光致发光发射谱(PL)和光致发光激发谱(PLE)的峰强随阳极电压的增加、氧化时间的延长及浓度的增大分别依次单调增强;阳极电压、氧化时间和电解液的浓度只对峰强起调制作用,并不改变发射谱和激发谱的峰位.分析了存在这种相关性的原因.
A series porous anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) membranes including three groups with different anodizing voltage, anodizing time and electrolyte concentration are fabricated by electrochemical technique in oxalic acid. The photoluminescence(PL) properties of the three groups samples are investigated, which are influenced by anodizing voltage, anodizing time and electrolyte concentration respectively. The results show that the photoluminescence(PL) and photoluminescence excitation(PLE) spectra from AAO membranes are enhanced with the increase of anodizing voltage, anodizing time and electrolyte concentrations. However, the three technique parameters could not change the peak positions but only change relative intensity of them. Finally, the relationship between photoluminescence properties and technique parameters are discussed.
