The research progress on plant defensins

摘要 植物防御素是一类分子量小、呈碱性、富含半胱氨酸的短肽.通常在很低的浓度下(10-6mol.L-1)就能表现出广谱抗菌活性,它是植物防御体系的基本组成成分之一,可以用来研制新型的杀菌剂,在植物抗病基因工程等方面发挥着重要作用.对其结构特征、类型、生物合成、表达调控、抗菌机理及其基因工程等方面的研究进行了汇总,对其应用前景进行了展望. Plant defensins are the kind of short peptides with low molecular weight, basic and cysteinerich. They often reflect broad activity of anti-pathogeny microbes at a concentration of 10^-6 mol· L^-1. It is one of the basic components of plant defense system, can be used as a novel of germicides, and will play much more important role in gene engineering of disease-resistance. Their structural characteristics,classifications, biological synthesis, expression and regulation, mechanism of anti-microbes and genetic engineering are reviewed. And the research prospect is analyzed as well.
