摘要
对秦山核电站三期工程辅助给水泵调试期间出现的故障原因进行了分析,认为转子动静配合间隙偏小和转子径向安装中心存在偏差是导致转子抱死的主要原因。通过辅助给水泵解体检查,采取了扩大转子配合间隙、调整转子径向中心和更换给水泵入口滤网等有效措施,降低了辅助给水泵轴向各点振动值及转子抱死的可能性。
Reason analysis of fauh occurred during commissioning of auxiliary feed water pump of No. 3 stage project in Qinshan nuclear power plant was done, the results showed that the over smaller tolerance between rotor and its retaining ring, and eccentricity of rotor while installed were the main reasons resuhed in rotor locked. The vibrating values along axes of auxiliary feed water pump is decreased by enlarging tolerance, adjusting radial center of rotor and replacing inlet strainer est. , which makes it impossible for rotor to be locked.
