避雷器动作对互联电网IPC潮流调控的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对IPC接入互联电网的过压保护对潮流调控能力影响问题,依据复杂电网等值的简化电路,建立了调控电路模型,在送端电网端口、受端电网端口及IPC电容器和电抗器出口处装设氧化锌避雷器,计算分析各节点运行电压,研究了避雷器动作对接入IPC互联电网联络线潮流调控过程的影响。对不同情况进行了仿真分析,结果表明,避雷器产生不同程度的动作,可以导致调节IPC参数对联络线潮流控制能力的下降,严重时失去调控能力。 This paper discussed the influence of power control because of the voltage protected on the interconnect power system with IPC(inter-phase power controller). And the adjust and control circuit model was established based on the simple circuit of large power system. The arresters were posed on the send port, the receive port and the output port between the IPC's capacitor and reactor. The operating voltage of each nodes was calculated and the MOA (metal oxide arrester) action influencing the tie-line power control of interconnected power system with IPC was researched. The simulation result indicated that the MOA act more the tie-line power vary less with the change of IPC's parameter.
