摘要
目的探讨1800MHz电磁波照射大鼠后对其海马细胞DNA的损伤效应。方法72只Wistar大鼠随机分为4组(2个暴露组及各自的平行对照组)。暴露组大鼠在功率密度分别为0.5和1.0mW/cm2的1800MHz连续电磁场条件下照射;对照组进行虚拟暴露,每天12h,连续21d后,用单细胞凝胶电泳试验检测大鼠海马细胞DNA的损伤情况。结果照射后,1.0mW/cm2组大鼠海马细胞拖尾率高于对照组(P<0.05);0.5、1.0mW/m2组大鼠海马细胞拖尾面积均高于对照组(均P<0.05);1.0mW/cm2组大鼠海马细胞拖尾率和拖尾面积均高于0.5mW/cm2组(均P<0.05)。结论大鼠经模拟手机辐射强度的1800MHz电磁波辐射后,海马细胞DNA有一定的损伤。
Objective To study the DNA damage in hippocampal cells of rats induced by 1800 MHz electromagnetic irradiation. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups, 2 exposed groups and 2 controls. The experimental subjects were exposed to the 1 800 MHz (continuous wave, CW) electromagnetic fields for 21days (12 h/d), the power densities were 0.5 mW/cm^2 and 1.0 mW/cm^2, meanwhile, sham-control exposures were carried out, the DNA damage was examined by Comet assay. Results The tailed rate and the tail area of the hippocampal cells in 1,0 mW/cm^2 group was higher or larger than those in the control and 0.5 mW/cm^2 groups (P〈0.05), the tail area in 0.5 mW/cm^2 group was larger than that in the control. Conclusion Exposed to 1 800 MHz electromagnetic irradiation may induce DNA damage in hippocampal cells of rats.
