摘要
科学的社会建制经历了小科学和大科学两种不同的社会建制。不同的社会建制条件下有不同的科学伦理规范和与此相应的伦理保障机制。大科学时代,科学伦理保障机制应由科学权威结构的激励系统向科学法制化结构的约束系统转变,这体现了科学伦理规范的法制化趋势。
Science organizational system has gone through two different patters from small science to big science. Different science organizational systems have different scientist＇s ethic criteria and corresponding ethic ensuring systems. In big science times, ensuring system of science ethic should be transformed from prompting system of science authority structure to restricted system of science legal system structure, which has embodied a science ethic tendency to legal systemization.
