在探讨传统科学观偏颇的基础上,提出在以人的全面发展为价值取向的科学发展观的背景下,反思传统科学观不是抛弃科学,而是批判基础上重建新的科学观。

Starting from the exploration on the deviation of traditional science concept, the paper draws the conclusion that the reflection on the traditional science concept doesn＇t abandon science concept, but rebuilds new science concept in the case of scientific development concept under the value orientation of human being＇s full development.
