摘要
应用风险管理学的理论阐述了灾害风险管理的特性和基本类型,探讨了灾害风险管理系统的构建目标和环境定位与面临的技术方面的问题,最后确定了抵御灾害风险的基本方法。
This paper deals with the properties and classifications of Adventure Management of Disaster. It tells what is the target to form a disaster adventure management system, and other problems must be overcome to build and implement the system, such as to ascertain the system environment or to face technological problems. It asserts the basic methods to carry out the hazard management on disasters into practice.
