摘要
通过理论分析,将某厂中板剪切机的剪刃倾角由3°30′改为3°45,′提高了剪切能力,并经过仿真分析确定了剪切机具有较大的安全裕量。最终将剪切钢板的厚度由原来的20mm提高到25mm,获得了明显的经济效益。
The shearing ability is improved by changing the shearing angle of the middle plate shear from 3° 30′ to 3°45′, by theoretical analysis and the safety space of the shear is defined by simulation analysis. Obvious economic benefit has been obtained by increasing the shearing thickness of plate from 20mm to 25mm.
