摘要
在天然气净化过程中,脱硫溶液清洁程度直接关系到脱硫系统是否能稳定运行,而溶液过滤是保证溶液洁净度的重要方法。目前各净化厂脱硫系统大部分采用富液过滤流程,为提高装置的运行稳定性,在用的过滤器有:RBF袋式过滤器、管式滤布过滤器和机械式过滤器。为此,对上述几种过滤器的结构、作用原理进行了详细的阐述,通过对各种过滤器应用效果的评价,对比了不同类型过滤器的优缺点:①袋式过滤器、管式滤布过滤器、机械过滤器三种过滤器均适合脱硫装置溶液过滤使用;②三种过滤器中,过滤效果由高到低依次为机械过滤器、袋式过滤器、管式滤布过滤器;③袋式过滤器、管式滤布过滤器适用于溶液循环量较小的脱硫装置的溶液过滤;④机械过滤器具有过滤效率高、过滤能力大等优点,适用于溶液循环量较大的脱硫装置的溶液全过滤。
The cleanliness of desulfuration solution is closely related to the operation condition of desulfuration system in the natural gas purification process. The filtration of desulfuration solution is a significant method to ensure high cleanliness. Currently, most of the purification plants adopt rich solvent filtration flow process. To boost the secure operation of facilities, three kinds of filters are commonly used, including RBF bag filter, pipe filter, mechanical filter (with 3M sieve). Thus, the structure and theory of the three kinds of filter were elaborated. Meanwhile, their advantages and disadvantages were studied via evaluating their application performances. The results are given below: 1) the three kinds of filters can all be used in desulfurizer for solution purification; 2) the filtration performance of mechanical filter comes first, RBF bag filter comes second, while pipe filter comes third; 3) the RBF bag filter and pipe filter fit for desulfurizer with low solution circulating rate; 4) mechanical filter fit for completely filtration of desulfurizer with relatively high solution circulating rate attributing to its high filtration efficiency and big filtration capacity.
