前后联合入路治疗复杂性髋臼骨折

Treatment of Complex Acetabular Fractures Through Combined Approaches

目的探讨联合入路治疗复杂性髋臼骨折的疗效。方法回顾分析21例经前后联合入路治疗复杂性髋臼骨折的临床资料。结果按照matta标准,解剖复位13例,满意复位7例,不满意复位1例。临床结果:优6例,良11例,可3例,差1例。结论前后联合入路显露好,复位方便,固定牢靠,是治疗复杂性髋臼骨折的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the methods and results of surgical treatment in complex acetabular fractures through combined approaches. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the treatment and clinical results of 21 cases of complex acetabular fractures. Results According to criteria of Matta, anatomic reduction were obtained in 13 cases, satisfactory reduction in 7 cases and unsatisfactory reduction in 1 case. 17 cases had excellent and good clinical results, 3 fair and 1 poor. Conclusion Because of the advantages of excellent exposure, convenient reduction and rigid fixation, the combined approaches is good to treat the complex acetabular fractures.
