肝细胞癌SCT表现特征与PTEN关系的研究

Correlative Study of SCT Appearances and Expressions of PTEN in Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)螺旋CT(SCT)表现特征与癌组织中抑癌基因PTEN表达的关系。方法对35例经手术病理证实且行SCT动、静脉双期增强扫描的肝细胞癌患者,观察每个病灶的SCT表现特征:肿瘤的大小、包膜、癌栓、强化类型和肝硬化情况。用免疫组化法检测癌组织中PTEN表达,分析评价SCT表现特征与蛋白之间的关系。结果肝细胞癌SCT图像中包膜是否完整、癌栓形成、强化类型与PTEN之间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤大小和周围肝组织有无硬化与PTEN蛋白之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝细胞癌的SCT表现特征与PTEN的表达相关,可在一定程度上推测肿瘤组织生物学特征,有助于HCC的早期诊断及治疗方案的选择。

Objective To investigate the correlations between the SCT appearances and the expressions of phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome 10 （PTEN） in human hepatocellular carcinoma （ HCC ）. Methods Dual - phase SCT scaning at arterial phase and portal vein phase was performed in 35 patients with HCC confirmed histopathologically. The expressions of PTEN in the tumor specimens were detected immunohistochemically. The relations between the appearances of HCC on SCT and the expressions of these proteins were analyzed. Results No corelations were found between tumor size, hepatic cirrhosis and PTEN expression （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. However, there were statistically corelation between tumor thrombus, enhancement type and PTEN （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The SCT imaging of HCC can indicate the expressions of PTEN to some extent. It will benefit the early diagnosis and the selection of the therapy planning.
