摘要
目的评价晚期胰腺癌患者应用三维适形放射治疗的近期疗效。方法对42例晚期不能手术的胰腺癌患者进行了三维适形放射治疗,总结分析了治疗的疗效和近期生存率。结果此组患者治疗后背痛缓解率为80.9%,近期总有效率为88.1%,1年生存率60%,1.5年生存率为40%。结论三维适形放射治疗能明显缓解晚期胰腺癌患者的症状,是一种安全可靠的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the treatment effects diotherapy on advanced, unresectable pancreatic cancer. Methods of three dimensional conformal raClinical effects, 1 - year survival rates and 1.5 - year survival rates in 42 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, were analyzed. Resuits The back pain relief rate was 80.9% after treatment by three dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Efficacious ratio（CR ＋ PR） was 88.1%. The 1 - year and 1.5 - year survival rates were 60% and 40%, respectively. Conclusion Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy which is a safe and effective treatment, can alleviate symptoms in patients with advanced, unresectable pancreatic cancer.
