摘要
针对单位现有成本管理模式，从管理、监督控制手续、财务部的定位等方面分析了其存在的问题，介绍了解决问题的措施，最终完善企业财务管理，加强项目管理。
According to present cost management mode in enterprises, from management, supervision, duty of financial department and other aspects problems existed are analyzed; at the same time corresponding resolving measures are propossed in order to perfect financial management and strengthen project management in enterprises.
