从项目设备的优化配置、租用设备的经济成本核算、设备的使用管理、目标责任考核四方面介绍了项目施工设备的有效管理方法,以充分发挥设备的资产效益,使工程项目取得较好的经济效益。
The following paper introduces effective management methods for item construction equipment from optimizing configuration of item equipment, economic cost accounting of rented equipment, management of equipment using and examination of target and responsibility, in order to develop the benefits of equipment asset and to make the project obtain a better economic performance.
