摘要
分析了上海某商住楼的倾斜及不均匀沉降的原因,介绍了锚杆静压桩的地基加固法,以及斜孔掏土的房屋纠偏设计和施工方法,对其他加固纠偏工程具有一定的参考价值。
Based upon analysis of the reasons caused the inclination and uneven settlement of one commercial and living building in Shanghai the reinforcement method with static-bolt pile is introduced as well as the design and constructionmethod of inclined-soil digging in deviation rectification, which has a certain reference value for similar works.
