摘要
论述了在测量条件比较差的工业现场,冲板流量计与其它固体称重仪表相比测量固体物料的优势,以及影响冲板流量计应用的其本身存在的缺点.着重介绍了冲板流量计的称重原理、工作原理及硬件电路设计,论述了在冲板流量计中采用非线性校正的必要性,介绍了一种非线性校正算法———分段线性插值的原理及其在系统中的应用方法,讲述了在应用非线性校正的过程中所要注意的一些问题,给出了相应的解决方法,最后对采用了非线性校正后的冲板流量计应用效果进行了分析.
Firstly, the superiority of impact flow-meter had been discussed compared with to other weighting instrument used for solid material measuring in worse measure condition. Shortcomings that influence its application had been pointed out. And then, the author introduced principle of ponderation, operational principle as well as design of hardware of the impact flow-meter, discussed the necessity of non-linear rectification and the principle of section linear algorithm adopted in impact flow-meter design. Finally, the applied effects of impact flow-meter with adopting non-linear rectification were given.
