摘要 研究了双脲润滑脂的低噪音性能,发现芳胺双脲脂启动时具有低的振动值,但振动值增加迅速且不稳定,原因是芳胺双脲的微粒损伤了轴承表面所致。氨基芳胺/脂肪胺双脲脂的轴承振动值低,具有良好的低噪音性能。 It is researched the low - noise performances of diurea grease, and discovered the aryl amine diurea grease possesses low vibration value at start, but the vibration value increases rapidly and unsteady because of the particles of aryl amine diurea damages the surface of bearings. The vibration value of aminoaryl amine/fatty amine diurea grease is low, which possesses excellent low -noise performances.
