论我国农村公共物品多元供给

On the Multi-supply of Rural Public Goods in China

农村公共物品的有效供给是我们建立社会主义新农村的前提和保障。但是,我国农村公共物品的供给在传统的一元供给思维和以政府为中心的供给体制下出现了“高原现象”,因此,需要从新的角度对其进行思考。随着社会、经济的发展,多元供给已经成为可能,而多元供给体制的建立必将成为有效解决农村公共物品供给的新途径。

The effective supply of rural public goods is the premise and safeguard to establish the new socialist country, but the supply of rural public goods turned out to be ＂the plateau phenomenon＂ under the traditional thought of unitary supply and the supply system of taking the government as the central in our country. We need to think about it from a new perspective. With the development of society and economy, multi-supply is possible and the establishment of such a system is a new path to deal with the rural public supply.
