我国教育领域面临的教育资源稀缺的问题,是我国教育产权理论的出发点。但是教育产权毕竟有别于企业的产权理论,有其自身的特点。通过对我国教育产权作诠释,并对教育产权的性质与功能作进一步的界定和阐述。

The theory of property right of education is based on the fact that there is a scarcity of educational resoudes in the field of education. However, the property right of education which has its own characteristics is different from that of enterprises. This paper deals with an interpretation of China＇s property right of education, its characters and its functions.
