摘要
结合湖南工程学院基建工程档案工作的实际,认为要做好高校基建档案工作必须从三个方面着手:一是加强领导,以制度做保证;二是切实做好基建档案收集、立卷归档等基础工作;三是提高计算机管理水平,加速档案管理、利用的信息化进程。
Basing on practical experiences, the author deals with three important respects of a good capital construction filing in colleges and universities, namely, to strengthen leadership and set up rules; to do well such basic work as collecting and filing archives ; and to improve the management of computerization gradually to fasten the informationalized process of filing.
