摘要
目的回顾性探讨中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法重症急性胰腺炎67例,在西医治疗措施的应用基础上,结合中医辨证,药用加味锦红汤,采用不同的给药方法。结果治愈26例,好转34例,总有效率为89.55%。结论中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎有较好的临床疗效。
To summarize the clinical efficacy of integrative Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis,67 subjects were treated by routine western medicine and Chinese medicine on syndrome differentiation.Results：26 cases were cured,34 cases improved and the total effective rate was 89.55%.
