摘要
设计了一组用“V”字形刀具横切工件的切削试验,以验证排屑速度干涉对切削力的影响.试验中,利用刀具上各点切削速度与工件半径的比例关系及刀具上切削部分前后两点对应工件半径差恒定的特点,通过改变工件半径来改变刀具上切削部分前后两点排屑速度差与刀具切削部分中点排屑速度的比(排屑速度的相对差),从而获得较大的相对排屑速度大小改变量.试验结果表明,排屑速度干涉对切削力有显著影响,影响程度随排屑速度大小的相对差的增大而增大.
A- series of experiments are designed of plunge cutting work-pieces with V-shaped cutters to investigate the impact of chip-ejection speed interference on cutting forces. Since the cutting speed at any point on the cutting edge is in proportion to the corresponding radius of the work-piece, and the difference between the radiuses corresponding to the two ends of the working part of the cutting edge is constant, in the present experiments the relative difference in chip-ejection speed-difference in chip-ejection speed at the two ends of the working part of the cutting edge divided by the chip-ejection speed at the middle point-was changed by changing' the corresponding radius of the work-piece, and thus the relative chip-ejection speed was greatly changed. The experimental results indicate that chip-ejection speed interference has significant impact on cutting forces, and the impact increases as the relative difference of the cutting edge in chip-ejection speed increases.
