补气对三峡左岸机组低水头运行稳定性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 对三峡左岸ALSTOM机组进行了自然补气和强迫补气试验.讨论了大型真机补气量的测量方法,研究自然补气和底环、顶盖强迫补气等不同补气方式对机组运行稳定性的影响以及补气效果.通过顶盖和底环对机组进行强迫补气,可以降低小负荷运行区的水压脉动值以及机组运行的噪声,在大负荷工况下由于特殊压力脉动所引起的机组振动也明显减小. Natural and compulsory gas-supply tests were carried out on ALSTOM units located the left bank at Three Gorges. Firstly, gas-supply quantity measure method for large scale unit was introduced. Then, the effect on generator unit operation stability in line with natural gas-supply, covering compulsory gas-supply and bottom ring compulsory gas-supply and gas-supply result were discussed. By way of covering compulsory gas-supply and bottom ring compulsory gas-supply, the water pressure pulse and noises are reduced when generator unit is operating in part load region and the vibration arise from specially pressure pulse is also obviously decreased when generator unit is operating in large load region.
