摘要
激烈的市场竞争要求企业不断提高内质,造就过硬的生存能力,建立健全企业内部控制是加强企业管理的重中之重,如何建立一套系统的、操作性强的、适合自身的内部控制制度,成为企业经营管理中倍受关注的问题。
Enterprises need to intensify the regulations and management in the face of severe competitive market. It is a primary task to work out a series of systems that are operational, suitable and systematic. This paper is intended to make a study in this respect.
