摘要
根据近几年来因火灾事故责任认定错误引起的国家赔偿案件日益增多的形势,结合国家赔偿的构成要件和火灾事故责任认定的特性,着重论述了火灾事故责任认定错误的国家赔偿问题。
This paper is intended to make a study of state compensation for fire loss in accordance with the components of state compensation and identification of fire accident, which frequently occurs nowadays.
