Employment situation for college graduates has been a social focus. The training of graduate key competence for employment, which is an open-systematic program jointly undertaken by graduates, families, colleges, social units, society, should be stressed to help graduates with their jobs. This paper intended to make a study of this issue from the perspective of colleges.
