我国甲级男排运动员期望领导行为模式上的认知差异性研究 被引量:3

摘要 教练员的领导能力和水平直接影响着运动队的比赛成绩和健康发展,了解不同特征运动员期望教练员领导行为的情况,对教练员实施针对性训练和提高比赛成绩有较大帮助。采用LSS量表对我国甲级男子排球队运动员进行问卷测试,结果表明:年龄大、训练时间长的运动员希望教练员给予更多的民主;训练时间长的运动员希望教练员给予更多的社会支持;不同场上位置的运动员所喜爱的教练员领导行为没有差别;主力队员希望教练员给予更多的社会支持;比赛名次好的运动队更喜爱社会支持和积极性反馈行为。 The players' competition results and health are affected directly by their coaches' leadership abilities. To know the players' expectations for the coaches' leadership in the players will be more helpful to the coaches in practicing the training plans and improving the players' competition results. The questionnaire with the LSS scale was given to the grade A male volleyball players in China. The older players who had long training time expect more democracy from their coaches; the players with long training time need more social supports given by their coaches; there were no differences in the coaches' leadership behavior preferred by the players of different positions in the match;leading players need more social supports given by their coaches; the players with good ranking in competition wanted to have more support from the society.
