贵阳市民族关系初探

On National Relationship of Guiyang City

贵阳市是一个建立在少数民族世居地的城市,在城市的建设过程中,随着汉族移民的到来,逐渐改变了这里的居民民族成份,形成了汉族人口比少数民族人口多、苗族和布依族人口比其他少数民族人口多的分布特点,从而使这里的民族关系呈现复杂性和隐含性,形成了文化不适、弹性矛盾和发展不平衡的民族问题。因此,我们应当加强少数民族文化建设,加强马克思主义民族理论和党的民族政策的宣传教育,加强少数民族干部的培养与使用,加强《城市民族工作条例》和《民族乡行政工作条例》的贯彻执行。

Guiyang is a city built on an area where ethnic groups inhabit. In the process of the city＇s construction, Han immigrants＇ coming gradually changes national parts of inhabitants, forming the distribution features of Han population more than ethnic minorities and Miao - Buyi population more than other ethnic groups, thus showing complicacy and concealment and forming the national problems of cultural impropriety and unbalanced development. In order to solve these problems, we should strengthen cultural construction of ethnic groups, enhance the education and publicity of Marxist national theory and Party＇s national policy, reinforce the training of ethnic cadres and strengthen the implementation of ＂Urban National Work Regulations＂ and ＂National Town Administration Work Regulations＂.
