关于社会主义新农村法制建设的几点思考

The Construction of Socialist New Country from a Legal Perspective

建设社会主义新农村是我国新的时代主题。十一届三中全会以来我国农业实现了较快发展,农村经济和社会各项事务已初步纳入规范化、法制化的轨道。但是,无论立法、执法、普法、法律监督等方面,与市场经济发展的要求都还存在较大差距。本文从法制对建设社会主义新农村的重要意义出发,着眼于建设有中国特色社会主义新农村的需要,提出农村法制建设需要提高认识,加强立法,强化司法监督,深入普法,营造良好环境并确保农村法制建设的社会主义发展方向。

It is our new subject of constructing socialist new country. After the Third Session of the Eleventh Plenary Congress, the country legal system construction developed so fast that rural economics and societal affairs had been brought into the orbit of standardization and legal institution. But there are big differences to the demands of market economy in many inspects such as legislation, executing the law, disseminating the law, supervising the law, and so on. Based on the questions of country legal system construction and the request of construction socialistic new country which has Chinese feather, we must build favorable surroundings and to ensure country legal system construction developing in the socialistic direction, we need improve understanding and enhance supervising the law and disseminating the law.
