切断大鼠交感神经对动脉粥样硬化形成的影响 被引量:3

INFLUENCE OF THE CUTTING OF SYMPATHETIC NERVE ON ATHEROSCLEROTIC LESIONS INDUCED BY VITAMIN D

摘要 将雄性Wistar大鼠12只分成实验组和对照组.实验组行手术切断左侧颈交感干,两天后与对照组同时腹腔注射维生素D60万单位/kg体重(诱发动脉粥样硬化),存活20天后取双侧颈总动脉作石蜡切片、HE染色,光镜下观察,结果发现:实验组颈总动脉壁明显增厚,相当于正常血管壁的3~5倍,弹性纤维结构不清,甚至消失,内膜下层水肿并有胶原纤维增生,中膜有大量平滑肌细胞增生,其细胞核排列紊乱.对照组颈总动脉壁除内膜有些凹凸不平,中膜有轻度平滑肌细胞增生外,其它结构完整、血管壁厚度无明显增厚.结果证实动脉失去交感神经支配后,诱发动脉粥样硬化的形成明显加快.提示交感神经对动脉粥样硬化的形成可能具有一定调控作用. Twelve Wistar rats were divided into experimental and control groups. The cervical sympathetic- trunks of the experimental rats were cut by surgical operation. The Wistar rats in both groups received intraperitoneal injection of vitamin D (600, 000 IU/kg) and were killed after surviving for 20 days. The common carotid arteries were removed and then stained with HE. The results showed that under light microscope the thickness of the arterial wall in the experimental rats was 3~5 times that of the control rats. There were subendithelial edema and proliferation of col-lagenous fibers. The elastic fibers ruptured and pronounced smooth muscle cells proliferation were observed. However, these changes were not found in the control rats but only slight proliferation of smooth muscle cells. The results of this study indicate that induced atherosclerotic lesions appear quickly when the arteries have lost sympathetic nerve controlling.
