摘要
通过调查发现,四川省少数民族地区(主要是甘孜、阿坝、凉山等地)人才数量少,水平低,结构差,盖源于人才引进机制缺失。应从人才引进机制的配套建设、完善人才交流市场、引人与引智相结合、制定和实施引入人才的具体措施等方面进行解决。
The state that the talented persons in Sichuan national minorities areas are few in number, low in level and poor in structure results from the deficiency of the talented personnel introduction mechanism. The problem is to be solved through a whole-range construction of the introduction mechanism, improvement of personnel exchange market and combination of personnel-introduction and intelligence-introduction.
