摘要
通过对旋转机械相位信息的研究,提出从倍频相位中提取相对时相作为诊断特征量,讨论了相对时相所包含的故障信息及在不同故障种类中的表征.研究结果表明,相对时相在旋转机械故障诊断中有较大的实用价值.
In the research of phase information of rotary mechanism, comparatively phase is extracted from multiple frequency phase as diagnosing feature. The fault information included in comparatively phase and its different feature in different faults are also discussed in this paper. It is proved that comparatively phase can get good effect in differentiating fault classes of rotary mechanism.
