摘要
取死亡胎儿(32~40周,10个)的食管,将其等分为上、中、下三段.对各段食管神经支配特点进行光镜(镀银染色)和一般透射电镜观察.结果表明:肌间神经丛从上段食管下部开始出现;支配上段食管骨骼肌的神经纤维终未呈斑状膨大;支配中、下段食管平滑肌的神经纤维行程中形成大量膨体,神经终末呈点状膨大;肌间神经丛内亦可见到许多神经纤维形成的串珠状膨体结构.电镜观察神经节是由神经细胞和神经胶质细胞以及它们的突起组成的实体.在神经节内还可见到含有不同类型突触小泡的神经终未及膨体;另外,还可见到平滑肌纤维间的神经终末及膨体,其与周围组织并不密接.
Esophaguses from 10 died fetus(32-40W) were divided into 3 segments, upper, middle and lower and the characteristics of innervation of each segment were studied with light (silver stain) and ordinary transmission electron microscope. The results were as follows; The intermuscular nerve plexus originated from the lower part of the upper esophagus; the nerve fiber endings innervating the skeletal muscles of the upper esophagus showed macular enlargement; a great number of enlargements formed in the nerve fibers innervating the smooth muscles of the middle and lower esophagus with nerve endings punctate enlarged and many bead-like structures of enlargements were seen in the intermuscular nerve plexus. Electron microscopic observation showed that the ganglia were complsed of nerve cells, neuroglia cells and their processes; there were nerve endings and enlargements with various types of synaptic vesicles in the ganglia and nerve endings and enlargements were also seen among the smooth muscle fibers, but no contact between enlargements, nerve endings and surrounding tissues were found.
