蝶鞍体积的研究——其逐步回归方程式与评价

A STUDY ON THE VOLUME OF SELLA TURCICA-ITS STEPWISE REGRESSIVE EQUATION AND EVALUATION

对18～76岁正常成人103人(男67,女36)的X线蝶鞍正、侧位片进行了蝶鞍深径、前后径、宽径、侧位面积和体积的测量.用IBM PC/XT089型电子计算机对数据进行了逐步回归分析处理,筛选出推算体积的最佳因子(X_3-宽径,X_4-面积).研究发现他们之间呈正相关关系,其复相关系数r=0.990,P《0.0001,相关系数有高度显著性.故建立逐步回归方程式:Y=-1358.20±50.69X_3+13.44X_4(mm^3).该方程式可供推算成人蝶鞍体积使用.

One hundred and three (male 67, female 36) adult (18~76 years old) X ray films with an-teroposteror or lateral aspect were used to study the volume of sella turcica. Its depth? breadth and antero-posterior dimention were measured. The data were treated with the computer (IBM PC/XT089 type). X3(breadth) and X4(area of lateral aspect) were found to be a significant factor in calculating its volume. The multiple correlative coefficinet is r = G. 990, P((0. 0001. The step-wise regressive equation is then formulated as Y=-1358. 20+50. 69X3 + 13. 44X4(mm3), which can be applied to calculate the volume of sella turcica of adults.
