“资产—负债”方法在企业多指标评价中的应用——对企业外部环境支持度的度量实例

Method of "asset-liabilities" applied to the evaluation of many indexes in the enterprise

针对以往对多指标评价并且所采用的方法仅仅是从“数量”的角度对其影响企业发展的一种度量,而忽略了对企业发展质量的评价,即指标的“优”和“劣”评价这一问题,借鉴“投入———产出”的基本思想,建立一种评价指标优劣的“资产———负债”方法,并对该方法进行实例应用———对被企业评价忽视的宏观外部环境进行进一步的度量。

In view of the problems that the method of indexes＇s evaluation was only the ＂quantity＂ measurement of enterprise＇s development in the past, we has neglected the ＂quality＂ measurement of enterprise＇s development, in other words, ＂good＂ measurement of the index and ＂bad＂ measurement of the index. The articleadopts basic thought oi＂ ＂input - output＂, and sets up the method oi＂ ＂asset - liabilities＂ for evaluation of index＇ s ＂good and bad＂. The method is applied in the thespis. The neglected macroscopic exterior environment is appraised by the thesis.
