摘要
未来图书馆的服务将向人性化的方向发展,如何体现图书馆服务的人性化将是未来图书馆界探讨的主要课题。从传统图书馆服务、情报服务和图书馆现代信息技术服务方面探讨了人性化服务的方式和内容。
The direction to the service in library is humanization in future, how to incarnate humanization service of library will be the main topic which the library discusses in recent days. This article discusses the service ways and the contents on humanization service of library from traditional library service, the information service and the library modern information technology service.
