实验室管理体制的改革与实践

Reform and practice in laboratory management system

分析了我校实验室管理体制上存在的体制滞后、实验课体系不健全、工作缺乏量化机制等问题,提出了实验室必须独立设置,成立实验中心,切实加强实验室统一管理、统一建设,实现实验资源优化、资源共享的构想,探讨了建立全新高效的实验室管理体系和规范化管理模式。

After anylysing the problems in our university laboratory management system such as the lag of system, the unperfect experimental classes system and the lack of quantifying mechanisms, the article puts forward that a laboratory center should be established unattached, and enhance the unification in organization and construction with the intention of the resource optimization and sharing. Furthermore, the author proposcs that a brand - new and effictive management system and standardized management model should be cstablished.
