论高校体育教师素质培养与队伍建设

针对高校体育教学改革以及对高校体育教师素质方面提出的各项要求,从高校体育教师综合素质培养与提高、高校体育教师队伍建设应采取的措施等方面入手对高校体育教师素质培养与队伍建设进行了探讨。提出了体育教师要更新观念,注重自身修养等建议,为高等体育教育提供诸多借鉴和参考。

In view of the reformation of education system and some new requirements for P. E. teachers, the paper puts forward the measures of quality cultivation and construction of teaching team of P. E. teacher in university, and provides the enlightenments and reference for developing P. E. education of university in China.
