基于CPLD的语音报警器设计

Design of Voice Alarming Based on CPLD

针对工业现场存在的语音报警问题,介绍了一种基于CPLD的语音报警器的设计方法。该报警器由CPLD器件FLEX10K10和语音芯片ISD1420等通用器件实现。系统根据需要,可以预先在给定的地址段范围内存入提示、报警等语音信息,也可以实时地将现场语音信息存储在给定段地址,根据系统工作情况播放需要的语音段信息。并给出了实现的硬件电路图和相关软件。试验结果证明这些方法是确实可行的。

To against the problems existing in operation of industrial voice alarming, this paper presents the principle of voice alarming based on CPLD. The voice alarming is composed by general devices of FLEX10K10 and ISD1420. According the system require, it can store voice information at assigned address in previous time or in running time, and play the needed voice according to the work of system,also it gives some part of circuit and software. The results of experiment prove that this method is feasible.
