摘要
为了提高成型机加工小零件和大尺寸零件的加工效率,需要将多个小零件的数据文件形成一个数据文件,以及将一个大尺寸零件的数据文件分割成两个数据文件。为此,提出了STL格式三维图形拼接算法和分割算法。拼接是对STL模型进行恰当的平移和旋转,修改其数据文件,从而合成一个数据文件。分割是通过求出平面分割模型的轮廓线,并将其三角化,进而形成多个STL模型。最后通过实例验证了拼接和分割算法的正确性和有效性。
It is necessary to form a data file by modifying several data files of small size parts or to form two data file by portioning a Iarge size part,in order to raise the efficiency that RP machine process smalI and large size parts. The algorithm of partitioning and combining 3D graph - based STI. furmat is presented. A data file is formed by properly geometry transforming and modifying STL models. The STI. models are formed by finding profile outline of STI. model and triangulation. And exampies are provided to illustrate the rightness and effectiveness of the algorithm of partition and combination.
