摘要
为了确保数据的安全性和发挥科研数据的利用效率,在全面了解会同森林生态系统定位研究站25年来的常规观测数据的基础上,确定湖南会同森林生态系统定位研究数据管理系统(E co-DBM S)要完成的基本任务和要达到的总体目标,建立了标准地数据库、水文数据库、气象数据库、养分循环数据库.系统开发过程包括五个阶段:可行性分析、系统需求分析、系统设计、系统调试、系统评价和维护;该系统可进行数据录入、查询、修改、统计、排序、系统维护、打印报表并生成子数据库,实现了对该数据库信息的管理.该系统可广泛用于森林生态系统定位研究的各个领域.
For the consideration of safety and higher efficiency of the data in National Key Observation Station-Long-term Huitong Forest Ecosystem Research Station, an ecological database management system (Eco-DBMS) was established with an overview and analysis of the basic data collected during the past 25 years. Based on the fundamental target and global object, four subset databases were developed: they are subset of standard sampling plots, hydrology, microclimate, and nutrient. The system design includes the following five steps: feasibility analysis, system requirements analysis, general system structural designing, system test, and evaluation. This Eco-DBMS can be employed to data input, inquiry, modification, statistical comparison, sorting, print of report forms, and creating sub-database and system maintenance. Therefore, all the databases in the Eco-DBMS were managed smoothly. The Eco-DBMS will be a powerful tool for all kinds of research in the long-term forest ecological observation station.
