在对我国经济林标准体系发展与现状分析的基础上,依据我国经济林生产的特点和生产过程要素的相互关系以及加入W TO的新形势,论述了经济林标准体系应包含的范围,阐述了经济林标准化系统要素间的相互关系,提出了经济林标准体系建设的主要依据(其中我国经济林科学技术水平是重要的依据)以及原则,即统筹规划、循序渐进;突出重点、分清主次;市场优先、提升产业;引进创新、国际接轨.旨在为我国经济林标准体系建设的科学性和经济林标准制定的规范性作参考.

The article discussed the whole category of the non-tlmber product forest standard system, clarified the correlation among the elements of this system and expounded its principal evidence and principles based on an analysis of its present condition and development and taking into consideration the productive features, the correlation of production course elements and the new situation after China has gone into WTO. This provides an important reference to the scientific construction of the non-timber product forest standard .system as well as to the regularity of its standards.
