基于Pro/Engineer塑料注射模浇注系统的研究与开发

摘要 注塑成型其浇注系统设计是否合理直接影响注塑产品的质量、材料的消耗和生产效率.目前的注射模设计主流软件是P ro/Eng ineer,它的设计数据往往是基于经验,因此成功率比较低.利用V isua l C++6.0和M icrosoft A ccess 2000,开发了基于P ro/Eng ineer塑料注射模浇注系统.结果表明:该系统具有较高的智能化水平. Design of the injection system can directly affect the quality, the material waste and the working efficiency of plastic products. Pro/Engineer is the prevailing software used at present to design the injection mould, and because its data depends on the accumulation of experience, the rate of success is rather low. By use of Visual C++ 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2000, the injection system can be improved based on Pro/Engineer. The result shows that the injection system has higher intelligence.
