摘要
在深入研究集对分析和集对分析对不确定性问题处理理论基础上,通过引入新的弃权问题评价指标与方法,给出了一种新的处理弃权问题的方法.
The research of set pair analysis and its uncertainty theory which deal with the abstaining questions from voting are presented in this paper. Based on the new index and the evaluation model about abstaining from voting, an accurate and effective method of abstaining from voting is put forward.
