摘要
本文分析了网络环境下印刷型和电子型外文期刊建设的现状,针对现状,笔者讨论了网络环境下印刷型和电子型外文期刊建设的措施和方法。
The article introduces the construction background and the development of foreign periodicals,narrates and analyzes the situation and problems of foreign periodicals collection in academic libraries in China. Some suggestions are put forward.
